IOUs vs. Munis: A strong case for Community Choice Energy

A recent article from the L.A. Times makes a strong case that Independently Owned Utilities (IOUs) are more expensive than Municipal utilities (Munis), which are owned by cities. For Santa Barbara County residents, this indicates that Community Choice Energy could be cheaper than our existing electrical utilities.
