Joseph Hernandez joined CEC in 2021 as our Administrative & Operations Director. He provides strategic leadership and direction of all administrative and operational functions, including oversight of facilities, human resources administration, office systems, and information technology. Joseph brings over 15 years of experience in operations and project management through roles at the USC Marshall School of Business and, most recently, at Teach For America.
